My wifi seems slower then usual

We went away on holiday last week, since coming back my laptop in my office has struggled to stay connected to my wifi. Even my phone says there is only 2 bars of wifi signal up here. It wasn't like this before we went away. Has something changed? I work from home so strong signal is imperative

Do you have any boosters or Sky Q? If so have you checked these are still connected?
