I have just received my router and followed all the steps. The sky hub however is flashing red, i have followed all sky steps and tested the boradnavnd which says it's fine and reset the router a few times. Nothing has worked. We think it's because we don't have a landline, and we don't wnat to buy one cause we don't need one. Any help or suggestion or can someone give the sky helpline because I can't find a number anywhere
