My whatsapp very slow in connecting & facebook plus the internet at times takes ages to load.

My WhatsApp & Facebook are very slow to connect via my  WiFi lve cleared the cache reset my network setting reinstalled whatsapp still the same turn off Wifi use my data works good Sky says theres no broadband problem in the area im stuck ???

Are you fairly new to sky broadband . Sky broadband shield defaults to 14 or Pg .  In order to change the settings go to you my sky app and then custom settings and the untick social media
