My wfi does not work .

Today, I think someone came and changed something at the external internet box, referring to the fiber optic connection. Since then, I can no longer connect to the internet. I have followed all the steps multiple times, but it still doesn't connect. I need this issue to be fixed. Thank you."

@Cosmin6 you need to report the loss of connection to Sky so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
