My voice light is not on and I have know WiFi

I don't have a voice light on on my router but so have the other 3 on green ? But haven't got any WiFi is this why ? Have done a line test and it says it's all good

Where would your phoneline normally plug into?

 

The back of your sky hub or the openreach mastersocket
