My sky pod speeds are slow

My sky pod today has been flashing white this evening and slow speeds is there a issue

@Davey791 Yes flashing white is NOT what you want on the pod, so that is what you need to sort out now as your wireless wifi will be all over the place!

I rang sky but they said they couldn't find a issue but it's only happened tonight so I don't know if there is a issue with sky pods today

@Davey791 Flashing white on your sky pod, then are you sure the speed on it is not zero and you cannot and do not have a single device connected too it!

I have the device halfway between my router n pc but this evening I'm only getting 30 meg instead of 400-500

@Davey791 Not sure if you are getting what is said to you, flashing on the pod then it's not working at all! You should be able to see that in your app!

My bad sorry I misread when I rang sky it was flashing white they did tests and it's stopped flashing white but the speeds are terrible is it better if I go in the app and prioritize a device as I want my pc speeds the best it's currently set to sky stream

I've left it set up how the engineer did it
