My service has been activated but I still can't access my first bill to see how much I'm paying.

My service was activated yesterday. I want to know how much I'm paying for Sky!!

But when I go into my account I'm told that my bill isn't accessible until my service has been activated. It already has! How do I remedy this please?

@SignorCibo  If you would like that information just now the quick way would be to call Sky and they should be able to give you a break down of what your first bill is going to be. Just dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts.

I don't have a landline phone to ring 150 on.

But I'll try on my mobile phone when I can (in the process of moving so up to my eyes in it!)

Thank you

Dave
