My router was returned to sender
I have NO WAY of contacting anyone about this, neither has my Sky log in updated the fact that my router I need urgently has been returned to sender due to not finding the right address.
how can I rectify this ASAP??

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.
Hubs for new activations are normally dispatched via Royal Mail to arrive a 'few days' prior to the activation date. Once sent out you can usually track its progress.
