My router is showing power green internet orange wfi green voice orange

My Internet and voice are orange on my router however the WiFi and power are green .

I cannot get into my apps .but I can reach my sky programmes

@Chestefield2024 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
