My router didn't arrive.

On the 12th I signed a contract for internet in my house and they told me that the router would arrive in 3-5 days and on the 18th they would come to install it and I didn't receive anything.

Has you broadband been installed or activated, if it has you will need to chase this up by calling Sky.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
