My internet

I have installed a new hub a few weeks ago and it constantly drops out and goes slow.

 

i have had to hotspot all day as it constantly dropped out

@Ross104 When you have a problem does the central light on the Sky Max router change colour and are all devices having problems?

Yes all devices, downloading is slow on everything , films freeze, can't do work calls.

 

and with sky I can just talk to a robot.

@Ross104 Does the light in the centre change colour?

 

the service checker link is not a robot it will show you what it thinks off your router, and if you click on the broadband at the bottom, will show last 30 day's off operation.
