My internet isn't working again and I've done all the checks

My internet isn't working again I've done all the checks ,reset , unplugged and still only 2 green lights on my router

@Vicky+O  What does the broadband test tell you when you run it if it can find the fault for you?

@WiFi+not+work Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
