My internet has been dropping out every 10-15 mins for the last 24hrs. I have never had an issue

I have never had this issue before I have tried all suggested steps. I get 4 green lights for 20 mins max and then the second and last lights start to flash. I'm trying to work from home and I'm super frustrated. Tried calling SKY but after a 15 minute hold I gave up. I have unplugged, reset, removed and replaced all wires. Any suggestions please

@Jenny+Hunt Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
