My internet connection keeps dropping out, leaving both my laptop and mini box unable to connect.

The problem is ongoing and intermittent. I keep resetting everything but it keeps happening. I check the services and it says everything is fine but it isn't.

@Scbee& @Benghcty  when you check the service checker and it comes back all okay. Click on to the broadband to run a more updated test as the service checker information is historical data.

I have the exact same issue and has been happening for the last 2 weeks. The internet keeps dropping and I am

being disconnected from work calls.  I reset everything but it keeps happening constantly on a daily basis. Tried to call and being hung up on by numerous colleagues

@Coops071  Any luck finding why it's happening? Is it the internet line going in to your house that's dropping or is it the WiFi in your house (that would drop too if the internet light on your router goes off)? I have the same issue that's been going on for weeks/months, I could have interference issues. Openreach have visited 4 times and are struggling to find the cause.  I've found by taking off the master socket faceplate and plugging in to the test socket helps mask the issue.
