Since installing on August the 27th the doorbell has not worked and I have insufficient WiFi coverage to my front door?

I previously used a ring doorbell and this was good I need this resolved asap!

Are you able to rpovide further detail please ? as it seems that this is not related to the WIFI signal strength.
