My devices cannot connect to the internet
We have full fibre to the house so the ping test is fine.
But we have had an ongoing issue for many years with poor connectivity of the devices in the household to the internet.
This improved significantly when we moved to sky with sky boost.
The problem has now returned (after a period of acceptable connectivity) and connectivity is almost non existent.
I try to explain this to the online bot - which offer non relevant advice and then offers links to basically say find out for yourself.
All I want to do is explain the problem to somebody and have the issue resolved - so that my kids can do their homework and I can finish my job related admin work.
I dont want or expect to have to find out for myself

Re: My devices cannot connect to the internet
@19steve64 Although it may be to late this evening, sky 8am to 8pm, call on your landline by dialling 150, when offered help from the Forum say no and hold on until connected to speak with an advisor!

Re: My devices cannot connect to the internet
@19steve64 Understand you need the help required and that sky may be the best way for you to go, the Forum is a buffer to help when that is possible but it does require some input from the OP requesting such....
As you mention below is the linked info, and I am going to assume you have the sky Broadband Hub with it's Booster in tow! So either your hub is causing am issue, your booster is an issue, your Fibre connection is possible as well, BUT it takes ONE bad wireless wifi device software update or phone app to cripple a once working network, been there done it and got the chocolate biscuit....
Can be hard to find out what and why it's all happening, sky Broadband support if that is your option then go for it! If the Forum can help further just post back!
