Hello,
Tonight I had an email to say my security questions had been changed. I didn't click on the link in case it was a scam. I went into my account & changed it myself. The internet went off & when it came back only I could access the internet on my iPhone & iPad but no one else could. We've done all the usual turn off & on, restart etc. but nothing works.
Why has this happened & what can I do?

Hi,
Hard reset your router and pair all devices again and if you want, change the router passcode so it's reinforced your security of the router for your security.
