My broadband
I received an email saying my broadband was being taken over by another source as from today has that happened or not

This can happen if someone has made a mistake when placing an order, so they might have entered your details in error so you need to get in touch with Sky about this as soon as possible so under “Need more help” should be the number to use:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses..

@Merrell51 Are you expecting it to be taken over? If so then the gaining provider has full control over the switch if you used the OTS! Sky comply once they the new provider informs them that they now have your connection!
