Most of the time speed is about 30/35 mbs, then 40mbs on some occasions 60/70 mbs. With the same setup and on 1 or 2 devices on line. Sometimes it stops completely.
Is this over WiFi or ethernet? Its expected that your feed will fluctuate using WiFi because it can be affected by different things at different times of the day. Have you tried testing it via ethernet if possible?
