My broadband speed is less than sky say on app

When I go on fast.com like they say I'm getting 200mb sky app says I'm getting 900 is this a scam to stop them fixing it?

If that's from a wireless device then you are 'testing' local WiFi, not the broadband speed.

@Jad08 Hook up an Ethernet connection to the hub, switch all your wireless off, and as long as that device is good and quick enough speed test that way! Even though you say that Gigabit package is what you have returned speed should be up and close!
