My broadband speed is below the guaranteed speed.

It's been for four days now that we are having the problem of slow internet speed and as I check it it is below the guaranteed broadband speed.

@Longgaman there are a large number of faults following the recent lousy weather if you click through on the test you should be offered an engineer's line check but if the app doesnt give Sky a call as it needs checking out by Openreach. Hopefully they can restore the speed but increasingly Openreach wont pay to replace the old copper lines which have a limited life oncecfullmfibre is available. Hopefully your line isnt one of those.
