My broadband issue

Our broad band when testing says it's good. But we are having to use data from our phones/tablet is not working properly and wont load sites or watch items. Constant buffering. 

 My son says his xbox is lagging

 Yet I'm paying for the better fibre internet

@Craig3006 while its possible the issue is the connection to your hub thst is actually pretty unlikely. Far more common is poor wifi in your home. You pay for a basic Skybhub which offers a wifi connection but in many homes is not sufficent to give usable WiFi in every room. Sky do sell an add-on called WiFi Max shich can supply up to 3 extenders or you can buy and use your own WiFi equipment.

Hi there. When I try to watch films or the football it keeps buffering. Speeds says it's good but keeps lagging any help please.
