My broadband hub not communicating with the television

My TV is showing a message saying that my broadband is not communicating, This seems to have been all week now!  I've done everything that it says to do, other than speaking to somebody on the telephone at Sky. I would do this but I can't find a telephone number anywhere. Can anyone help please?
