My broadband has not been working but when i check it its shows that its good.Cant even connect to a

My broadband has not been working but when i check it its shows that its good.Cant even connect to a mobile phone in the house and the television images are 80% always pixilated. This has been happening a lot lately but want payments paid in full and it even recently went up.Am even considering looking for another provider as i now believe that you are not the best around this area. This broadband is only connected to the television ,camera and 2 mobile phones which barely work anyway.Sky is a waste of time and money.,even a nightmare when you contact them

@Hayden24 what are tge LEDs on your Skybhub showing when you lose connection as they can help diagnose issues for you see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
