I have repeatedly followed all of sky's tips etc but it only sorts it for a few minutes. I've tried phoning sky but my sky talk line is seriously crackly to the point I can't hear what's being said. I've bought several new phones thinking it must be the phone at fault but it's clearly not the phones. Sky diagnostics says there is nothing wrong. Any ideas or advice would be great.

So I've just followed the instructions on how to get my stats but it said the page it was going to take me to isn't secure. What do I do now?

Ignore the message. You entering username and password on a device that is on your local network and no info is exchanged with the internet

What you have posted isn't your hub stats
At the top of that page click maintenance tab
Then sign in with :-
Username admin
Password sky or wifi password
Then at the bottom of the next page click show statistics

When the broadband disconnects does the internet light turn amber?

Yes and it flashes but mostly they all go out except the power one.

Keep logged onto the forum preferrably using a chrome browser

Will try but it's hard to stay logged in when the wifi is so dodgy and the latest chrome update doesn't support my android. Thank you for all your help cookiemonster
