My broadband and Wi-Fi are down

My broadband and WiFi have been down for days (this is day 5) Apart from a generic message that 'people are working on it' I can't get any information on when I'll get it back.

Thanks. The service checker just gives the same message that there's 'an outage and we're working on it', but nothing more.  The service desk number doesn't allow me to get passed an automated message. The only way I know it's been registered as an outage is an email on Wednesday. I'll definitely check the compensation scheme.
