@Ddd2  You're going to need to provide more details 

 

It's highly unlikely someone has "hacked" your WiFi, it's more probable that they have been given the WiFi password as no one is going to spend time hacking into a WiFi network, especially a domestic one.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Ddd2 as @GD1 says the likely cause is someone has your WiFi password if so change it https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password

 

However when checking the list of connected devices be careful as the word Unknown simply means the device is not telling the hub what it is not that it doesnt belong to you. Hacking is very rare unless you have turned off the wifi security its possible but its quite complex and there are much easier way of getting into people's data.
