I activated Sky broadband on 12-Sep-2025. The Sky team guaranteed a speed between 50–55 Mbps, but I am only receiving 30 Mbps. Could you please assist in increasing the speed?
How are you measuring the speed? Sky only guarantee the speed on the line to your hub, not over WiFi. To get an accurate reading you need to use ethernet.

@KavinKumar The service checker from sky click on the broadband > and you should be able to see the daily check that sky does to your hub, 30 day's off history are available when the test once per day! Link is below!
