My WiFi stops working intermittently

I've ran a test on the my sky app. It said all was good, but the test took a while. I tested yesterday, & the test was instant. I did this today when my WiFi stalled while browsing on my phone. This has been happening for some time. The WiFi doesn't stay down for long, & the router LEDs stay green.
