My WiFi keeps disconnecting

I'm working from home and when I'm working from the kitchen which is literally 20 steps from the router in the hallway, the WiFi keeps disconnecting. I need a solution sorted asap

This is just a forum of Sky customers who can often help solve issues / problems and are not Sky employees.

 

Wifi is very frustrating when it doesn't work, but there can be many different reasons as to why.

 

It may help if you can detail your setup; Broadband service (Fibre 150, 300, etc), router type (Sky Broadband Hub or Max), any walls to pass through, have you upgraded recently, changed ISP to Sky, etc.
