My WiFi isn't working

Fix it please. I'm fed up. The entire time I've lived here. Over 3 years I have been RIDDLED with consistent Internet problems. It has gone down 5 times in the past 24 hours. We aren't here for 4 days, come back and it's just as bad as the times where you've had to give me discounts. I want this fixed and now I'm out of contract we need to talk about this honestly crappy Internet you are providing me and how there is no chance in hell that im paying full price for your inability to fix a now 3 year old issue. I will be contacting the BBB if this isn't fixed soon. I am housebound. This is my only form of contact with the outside world and you are keeping me in solitary confinement, and charging me for the privelage.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
