my lights on my broadband box are not showing and I have no internet.

@Amanda84 check its not an issue with the mains power supply to the Sky hub. If you can exclude that call Sky to report the fault they are likely to send out a new hub and ask you to return the faulty one. If your Sky Talk line is working dialling 150 on that gives you a free call.
