My WiFi drops out at about 1am

Hi guys my WiFi has been turning off about 11pm every night and it's an absolute nightmare because I work from home overnight and I'm constantly having to use my mobile data. I have tried all the usual restarting the router, turning off eco mode and I had a sky engineer come round and he couldn't find anything wrong with my setup. My only guess at this point is that I live in the countryside of Northern Ireland which might affect it somehow even though my WiFi is cable I really don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

I've figured out that the WiFi backs off of talktalk but they have told me that it is Sky's problem and they can't see any problems with my area. I can connect to the WiFi but it won't connect to the internet
