My WiFi died

My WiFi started acting up a couple of days ago and is now completely dead. I am a meter from the sky hub max and the light is solid white, service tracker says all is fine and I have done all the resets including a full factory reset and nothing. Wired Ethernet works for basic stuff but anything that needs to authenticate now times out. I'm told that it's probably a broken WiFi radio module or something has corrupted. My hub is only a month old which isn't a good sign for the future. I should add I have several devices and none can connect, phones, Alexas, a ring doorbell etc

@Dasius any electronic device can fail unpredictably but that does not mean the design is faulty it simply means a component failed . As a last test factory reset the hub by pressing and holding in the. WPS buttom on the right hand edge fir 30 seconds releasing it when the led stsrts flashing green. If the hub's WiFi is still not working after thst then call Sky to get the hub replaced.
