Hi Please could I get someone to help?
We have had our Sky Hub for very long time and recently been playing up the past 6 months. The connection would stopped until you tuen off and on the hub to reset the internet.
This has been an ongoing issue and we think it's because the box is too old for it's purpose. Please can someone help?

We can also escalate your post if you would prefer that.

That model is from 2013: it's been followed by the Q Hub (2016) Sky Broadband Hub (2019) and Max Hub (2023)
Sky shouldn't now be sending out Q Hubs, so I'd suggest requesting a Broadband Hub, but you should resist any attempt to get you to sign up for 'Broadband Boost'.

Hi James,
I thought that would be the case! How do we escalate this? I tried so hard to find an e-mail address to just to get to sky customer service but the website made it almost impossible to find their contact details.
Just want to say many thanks for andwering my query I am super appreciative of that!!
