My Sky hub has been installed upstairs away from the Sky box. I now can't get into watching any channels, as it says it's not getting a signal. Other devices are connected to the WiFi ok. What shall I do please?

You'll need a Sky wireless booster from Sky between the two locations, eg: the wireless router and Sky box. Telephone Sky for obtaining the wireless booster.
