My Sky app - Broadband Service Checker - feedback

Just a quick note to say that the Service Checker may have a bug as the speed it records for my parent's line is off. 

 

They had an issue a where the speed dropped below the minimum guaranteed speed for three days (will contact Sky about a credit for them).

 

The speed the checker displays the day after the problem has been 'resolved' (I only say that as it's FTTC and it's likely to happen again!), is not the updated speed, despite the app reporting the time and date, well after the line has been attended to.

 

Might be worth looking at to provide users with more confidence in the checker when dealing with issues. 

 

I should add that the reported speed was also lower than the router was connected at.
