My Sky App. Broadband page missing device settings

The My Sky app allows me to control and set times to pause devices connected to the sky max hub. I have woken today to restore some of those devices and the whole page is different and has no Hub settings.

Manage connected devices tab

Hi not sure if I am going mad but yesterday I had the tab on the app to manage devices connected to my hub but today it has completely disappeared off the app we had a new wig pod max installed yesterday don't know if that would make a difference

Devices are not showing on my sky broadband app

I'm trying to access my devises that are connected to my broadband but the option is no longer visible. I have turned off certain devices but I need them on asap

I am having the same issue. Can't view hub / pods on the app or via sky.com

Mysky app devices not visable

Have had to re-install Mysky app on phone for broadband. Normally i can see and manage devices connected to my wifi, but this doesnt appear on the app .

Settings only show broadband shield, internet security.

Is this community section for us to fix the issue or is a sky technician going to answer?

I have exactly the same problem. Sky app no longer shows my hub or pod so I can't change any of my parental setting schedules for my children's devices and can no longer see what devices are connected to hub/pod. So fustrating! Thought it was just me going mad that I couldn't see them but sounds like it's a wider issue!

Just re-checked my app and it now appears to be working again! I can now see my devices and parental controls etc. guessing it was a glitch with the app.

There was an incident today where Sky Max options wouldn't populate in the My Sky app.

This has now been resolved.

Mine is the same it would be nice for someone from sky to read it and sort it out
