I am assuming there doing an update or something firmware regarding the fibre connections as dropped lights out on my fibre box right at the start. Called 150 to log the issue and the automated system told me it was a internal issue and connection to flat was fine then to check the internet issues through the website and try local troubleshooting methods (difficult to do that on a none working system). Seems I now need to head into my physical work to ensure I can continue my job.
The lights on my box currently confirm an ongoing issue despite what the sky call line and website report. 
not the best service really!
