Hi, my braodband was suppoosed to be activated from 12.00am last Friday 13.09.2024. Its now Mondfay and it still hasn't been activated or have a received a txt notification as to when it will be. In the meantime, I have logged in on my new gigafast hub and my download speed is around 600mbps and upload is around 100mbps.
Since my BT router stopped, I can longer get logged into the VPN server for my works. I have had our tech guy look over my settings and he thinks that Sky's security is stopping me log onto the VPN. I spoke to sa nice guy from Sky on Saturday afternoon who couldn't help me and was expecting a phone call from him this afternoon to catch up to sdee whether the hub had been activated by Sky over the weekend. It still hasn't and its even stating that I don't have a Sky Broadband contract which I obviously do.
Any direction or help would be greatfully accepted.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe VPN issue can be solved by enabling UPnP in the hubs settings which will trigger you to move to MAP-T 1:1.
As for your account, have you tried linking your account number with your Sky ID?
