Hello our internet has been cutting out every few hours for the last 3 nights (today it has been worse cutting out about 6 times so far)
When the broadband cuts out there are the 4 lights which are [Green, flashing orange, Green, Solid orange] and either requires waiting over 5 minutes for it to resolve or on occasions turning the router on and off again if the connection doesn't come back after 10-15 minutes.
The service checking states everything is fine although we can only check when the internet comes back not during an issue.
Noise margin is 9.2 down, 11.6 up. Speed seems good when it's working. Log shows errors related TR69.
Going to share the latest log whcih happened while writing this:
ptm0.1 - WAN link DOWN.
DHCP lease invalid(WANoE). Connection DOWN.
Clear IP addresses. IP connection DOWN.
Voice IP Connection Down
