@Listerdale lots of different bits of Sky equipment so to be able to help are you talking about a Sky Broadband hub? If so the password is literally printed on thr hub's label. If its a Sky Stream puck simply plug it in and follow the on screen instructions as you have posted in this forum you haveca Sky id which should help you log in if genuinly stuck call Sky and wait to be connected to an agent who will take you through a few security questions first.
