Mrs Heath

I would like a consistency with my WiFi at all times which is what I pay for

it keeps dropping out it's not strong enough and it's extremely annoying 

please put this package that you sold me right

With any broadband connection consistency at all times is a tall order. Have a look at this link which may help

What you're paying for is the broadband signal to the router. No ISP, Sky included, will guarantee a consistent WIFI signal throughout a property because no two properties are the same and a WIFI signal can be affected by lots of things.

 



Sky Q, 3 mini boxes, booster and full fibre gigafast. Good WiFi coverage throughout a 4-bedroom house!
