Hello I was supposed have an engineer come down about 2 weeks ago to set up my broadband but sadly they never came and you guys emailed me to say sorry about that and to call or msg to reschedule but when I tryed to do that the first time I called my account number to my bank was wrong? I don't understand how and when I tryed to talk to an agent on msg they said the same thing and I need to resolve this problem please so the engineer could come down and put the broadband thank you.

@Salahhassan So have you managed to fix out the problem with the bank account side off things, your posting does not make that clear?
