Hi

I moved from EE to sky last month. It's working well downstairs where the router is but I am having issues upstairs,  my study is upstairs and I frequently drop connection while working.  I tested my speed downstairs and it's good 500mbps but upstairs it drops to 50-60mbps.

I never had this issue with EE.

Could you please help?
