Hello is there no way I can disconnect devices from the Wi-Fi on my app as I do not know what they are

No, but you can change your wifi SSID name and password and that will disconnect all wifi devices from your router.
You can do this here:
https://192.168.0.1/sky_wireless_settings.html
Don't forget to click apply at the bottom.
You can then reconnect each of your wifi devices back to your router using the new SSID name and password.
That way, you will know exactly what devices are connected to your wifi.

Note: your will need to change the SSID and password for both 2.4 and 5Ghz networks:
