I missed engineer's to install both sky tv n broadband today. I'm in hospital my daughter was late arriving at my premises

@Peter781  Your not speaking to Sky customer services,  as the appointment was missed there will be a fee applied, you'll need to contact Sky by phone to rearrange another appointment.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As mentioned above, you may need to call Sky.

 

You could try a  reschedule online for a future date, to change your visit time or date.

 

 If you miss your appointment, call to cancel or reschedule on the day or day before your appointment, you might be charged £25 on your next bill.
