Mr mark hutchinson

You keep saying all my devices are working fine. I don't a Speedtest and there is no upload speed
so all I've been getting for the last half an hour is the dreaded circle

We are customers here who help each other so you are not talking to Sky.

 

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

No upload speed

My Internet dropped out at 9:20 this morning 

after doing various speed checks, there's only one point something upload speed 

which is making my Internet week 

I was guaranteed a certain upload speed when I signed my agreement  

it is now 11 o'clock and I still have no upload speed
