Moving to Sky Broadband

This coming week I moving to Sky Broadband, after being with BT for four decades and have never had to install athe hub, as this was always done by then

as I felt a bit anxious I rand Sky this am, and spoke to Nick. He was brilliant. He explained what I need to do but I was confused as I've got load of devices in one area and so many wires. He spent ali

ong time with me and I was having a problem with where the line comes in. He has rearranged when I go live but this gives me time to find where the open reach , as it is so long since I had the BTLine put in. I'll probably have to call Sky tomorrow again, but I know that it'll be sorted 

Nick was so patient, reassuring and even though I was slow and made some mistakes, he was so patient
