@Slapped You would be better and quicker to find a local company who can install a network cable between the ONT and your new position for the router, especially if you are looking at speed.

Essentially no, but what may be possible is the relocation of the master socket or ONT to which the Sky Hub is connected.
Edit: 500Mbs has to be an Ultrafast connection over FTTP, and so the Hub must be connected to an ONT over ethernet cable. As @JimM1 suggests, one possible solution is to run a longer ethernet cable between Hub and ONT, but Sky won't do that for you.
Typically it's not possible to have an ONT moved deeper into a property, but it may be possible to have it relocated where an external fibre optic route is available.
